We had an incredible dining experience at Bit last night! The ambiance was superb, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the tone for a fantastic evening. The food was exceptional, with each dish more delicious than the last. But what truly made our visit stand out was the outstanding staff - friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. A wonderful surprise that made our visit truly unforgettable! We may have overindulged (happy to admit it!), but it was well worth it. Thank you to the entire team for a truly exceptional evening. The atmosphere is excellent. Good to have lunch there. I had tried the set lunch with 6 courses, the beef and the pork are highly recommended.

Consistently excellent food. Very nice non-alcoholic drinks — fresh plum, fresh ginger. Lively atmosphere. Very distinctive, locally manufactured cups, plates, etc. ¥5000+ per person, no alcohol.

I got a milk coffee and a tiramisu. The staff manner was elegant and well mannered. The tiramisu I was served is one of the best since I hd the one at the American Embassy in Tokyo. Very good ambiance. So I would love having a dinner there, and you can visit the Tsubame center just next to the cafe with very pleasant employees. 5/5 rating too I’m French btw and a sweet lover with high quality. Thank you so much to the staff employees who were working there on December 13 th around 4 pm ! Very very elegant and nice person who served me and my family!

思い出し投稿 2024年11月に来店。 新潟大学が母校の友人からお薦めされ18時頃訪問。 場所は地場産業振興センターの1階にあり、外観からは飲食店があると想像しにくく、少し分かりずらい。 店に入るとバーカウンターとシャンデリア、 暗めで落ち着いた内装が、ワインが似合う大人びた雰囲気を醸し出す。 ガラッとアウトドアカジュアルに振ったフロアもあり、さすが新潟と言うべきか、snowpeakのキャンプチェアー、テーブルが使われた席もあった。 店員におすすめを聞きながらメニューを注文。 どれも美味しく安定感のある味。中でもマストで頼んで欲しいのが、渡り蟹のパスタ。 蟹味噌と殻を煮込んだ濃厚なソースがやや細めのパスタに絡み、口に入れた瞬間旨みが広がる。また是非とも頼みたい味。 金曜の夜だったがそこまで混んでいるわけでも無く、落ち着いて食事ができました。 銀座にもお店がある様で、そこに比べると新潟の店舗はお手頃な金額になっている。 新潟にしては少し高い店かもしれないが、味、接客、雰囲気のバランスはいい店。
